Resolved - Thank you to those that raised the issue with our team, we have implemented multiple backup models, which are now live on each bot that has requested AI replies in their server, as such, we believe this matter is resolved.

Monitoring - We have implemented a couple extra backup AI models if the main model fails. This is a temporary fix while we implement further backup models, please do try your bots to see if the AI responses work as intended (including character behaviours). We are currently monitoring this from our end.
